About the Advanced Trust Facilitator Certification

The Advanced Trust Facilitator Certification has both self-study and webinar components. You will go deeper into the Pillar of Trust and learn to use different frameworks that will help you create trust building strategies for yourself and others. You will also learn how to use the six trust styles optimally and address more complex team trust facilitation challenges.


Pre-Requisite

The Advanced Trust Facilitator Certification is based on the foundational material introduced in the TSI Certification, therefore, all interested persons are to complete the TSI Certification as a pre-requisite.


Certification Topics:

As with the TSI certification, this advanced course is based on the proprietary Interconnectivity, Flow, and Balance℠ methodology. The topics include:


  • Revisiting the Pillar of Trust foundation
  • The science of trust
  • Exploring how you trust
  • Trust willingness and trustworthiness
  • Breaking through your trust barriers
  • Creating your trust strategy
  • Understanding the trust styles (Webinar)
  • Cultivating team trust (Webinar)
  • Establishing Cultural Transformation Roles
  • What to do when trust is not possible

The certification will last for 6 weeks and the process includes a coaching project where you will use the TSI along with other trust coaching tools with a team of three.
